SEC “Astana” is going to sell in electronic trading 100% stake in the authorized capital of LLP "Tselinselmash Astana"
Bidding will begin on 28th of July 2016 at 11:00 a.m. (Astana time) on the web portal of the Register of the state property www.gosreestr.kz
LLP "Tselinselmash Astana" is engaged in production and business activities of industrial-innovative development of the region, the establishment of directorates of industrial parks, technology parks, industrial zones for the purpose of industrial development and the implementation of new investment projects, the implementation of production and economic functions for infrastructure development and maintenance operation of industrial parks in the region.
The company also provides practical logistical and advisory services to business in the implementation of investment projects in the industrial park in the region, developing mechanisms for the development of industrial parks, including using the possibilities of public-private partnership, assisting investors in obtaining permits necessary for the design, construction and commissioning of industrial enterprises in the industrial park on the principle of "one window".
"Tselinselmash Astana" helps entrepreneurs to patent scientific and technical developments, to assess and to examine an invention, as well as to introduce innovative technologies.
LLP also organizes educational and research centers for the transfer of advanced technologies, new knowledge and qualifications on the principle "from hand to hand", assists investors with organization of a quality management system, standardization and certification of products in order to ensure their competitiveness, conducts monitoring and analysis of investment projects for cluster development of industrial productions, organizes exhibitions, presentations and an exhibition and sale of goods produced by companies of the region, research into the production processes, business technology, marketing and special topics.
