JSC "NAC" Kazatomprom" announces an electronic tender for the sale of 100% stake in the share capital of LLP "Remmontazhservis", which will start on "08" of September 2015 at 10:00 (Astana time) on the web-portal of the State Property Register www. gosreestr.kz
The realization of assets is carried out in accordance with the Uniform Policy of realization of assets and objects by the stock company "National Welfare Fund" Samruk-Kazyna" and organizations, more than fifty percent of voting shares (share of participation) of which directly or indirectly belong to JSC" Samruk-Kazyna "on the right of ownership or trust management, approved by the Board of Directors of "Samruk-Kazyna" (Minutes of the meeting dated by May 28, 2014 No.110) and the Regulations on conduction of the electronic auction for the sale of the property on the web portal of the state property registry, approved by the Board of Directors of JSC "Information and Cost Center" (Minutes of the meeting dated by May 23, 2014 № 66) (hereinafter referred to as Regulation).

Within two (2) calendar years from the date of signing the sale and purchase agreement, the Seller is entitled to request information from the Buyer, whether the Buyer observes the abovementioned conditions of acquisition of the asset, and the Buyer is obliged to provide such information. |

The guarantee fee is paid to the account of "Information and Cost Center" .Registration of bidders is made on the web portal of the register from the date of publication of the notice on its website of the register and ends two hours before the start of trading.
