Legal Support Department
Legal Support Department is a structural subdivision of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The main tasks of the Legal Support Department:
1. effective legal support of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken";
2. the examination of internal normative documents, contracts/agreements, draft decisions of the Board, Presidium, and Congress and other legal documents of the Atameken NCE RK;
3. provision of consulting and methodological assistance to structural divisions of NCE RK;
4. coordination of legal services of subsidiaries;
5. handling of dispute resolution and claims.
