Deputy Akim received a severe reprimand for an unlawful decision
Officials of the Ili district ignored the protest of the prosecutor's office. Based on the results of inspections of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs of the Almaty region, Maksat Urinbasarov, deputy akim of the Energetic rural district of the Ili district, was brought to disciplinary responsibility in the form of a severe reprimand and Alexander Ilyinsky, akim of the Ili district, was reprimanded . The reason for the audit was the appeal to the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the head of LLP "Bastau and K-2008" Indira Tenalieva. Earlier, a memorandum and a contract for the collection and export of solid domestic waste were concluded between the akimat of the district and the LLP. But after the prosecutor's protest in August 2015, the memorandum and the contract was canceled, after which the company began to individually conclude contracts with residents. Despite this fact, the officials of the Energy Rural District concluded a memorandum with another SP without holding a tender and a tender for rendering services for the export of solid domestic waste from legal entities and individuals. According to Ms.Tenaliva, the protest of the prosecutor's office was completely ignored by the akimat. After that, the expert of the department for the protection of entrepreneurs' rights and the reduction of administrative barriers, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Almaty region, Aidar Kazhimukhan, appealed to of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service and Anti-Corruption Affairs. Based on this request, an unscheduled audit was conducted.
