According to a random error of inspectors, a peasant from Aktobe could be left without land
Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Aktobe oblast has defended his rights.
Farm "Yedilbayev" breeds sheep from 2003. Since 2006, they a land plot of 1,000 hectares. Pastures are located in Sazdinsk rural district.
Head of the farm Zhanna Temiralin said that over the years they have created their own entire infrastructure for farming. In the summer of 2015 the prosecutor's office of Aktobe requested all the documents testifying to the legality of ownership of land.
"We have provided them. At the end of February 2016, we got a call from a specialist of the department of land relations and offered to return the land to the state. We said that our activity is legal, has the status of land pasture and used for its intended purpose", - said the head of the peasant farm.
After this conversation the land committee and the Department of Agriculture of Aktobe began inspections of the peasant farm "Yedilbayev". When in March 2016 the peasant farmer received a notification from the Department for control over land use and protection that the peasant farm does not work for three years and does not use the land for its intended purposes. Then Temiralina appealed to the Chamber.
"This is our family business and is the main source of our income. All these years we have been working on creation of own infrastructure, without government grants and subsidies. I ask you to protect our rights to the private property", - she asked the experts.
The appeal of the entrepreneur was accepted by experts.
"We looked at it and sent it to the prosecutor's office. Agency staff have inspected and found no violations in the activities of the economy", - head of the department Ruslan Kuyshinov shared the outcome of the case.
