Azerbaijan is interested in cooperation with Aktobe region
Vice President of the Association of Business Investment of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Union of Azerbaijani Entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan Gunduz Mammadli stated about the real possibility of establishing economic and trade ties.
In an informal atmosphere, he met with representatives of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the Center for investment servicing and the management of industrial and innovative development of Aktobe region. As Mr. Mammadli noted that the visit is aimed at exploration of the business potential of Aktobe region for further mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of export of products, spheres of trade, tourism.
"Azerbaijan occupies today the leading positions among the CIS countries in terms of basic self-sufficiency. This is an important factor in the development of the Azerbaijani economy. The extraction of hydrocarbon raw materials contributes to the development of the export potential of the republic", - informed the representative of the business community of Azerbaijan.
During the conversation, Gunduz Mammadli spoke about large Azerbaijani enterprises, agricultural and hothouse complexes, factories, factories.
"Many companies are ready to become suppliers of products to your region. At the same time, it is possible that the Aktobe businessmen can buy or offer their products - components, raw materials", - said the vice president of the Association of Business Investment of Azerbaijan, chairman of the Union of Azerbaijani Entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan.
In turn representatives of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Aktobe region introduced the visitor to the Regional Business Development Map www.businessmap.kz, which included 10 projects from the region that require investment.
The Azerbaijani side was also provided with information on the companies of Aktobe region with contact details and information on the products. Mr. Mammadly developed strategy of stimulating foreign investors - these are investment tax preferences, grants and other state support.
The main areas of interest of the Azerbaijani side are grain, meat, oil equipment, construction industry, logistics and tourism. But other industries are also of interest to the Azerbaijani side.
For a more vivid idea of the potential of the enterprises of Aktobe, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs organized a visit to the Aktobe oil equipment plant (and LLP Caspiy Plus, which produces metal products) for Gunduz Mammadli.
