Expansion of service range at the initiative of business

More than 28 thousand consultations within the frames if the service support were provided by the Chamber of entrepreneurs from the beginning of the year

This is the highest rate among all regions of Kazakhstan. This was stated at a briefing at RCE of SKR, which was devoted to summarizing the results of the work on provision of service support.

According to Deputy Director of RCE Timur Nakhipbekov, every year the number of those applying to the Chamber of entrepreneurs for obtaining services increases. This year, they were provided to more than 9 thousand businessmen, last year this figure exceeded the mark of 7000. It speaks not only about the increased trust to the Chamber, but also about improving the quality of services. The Chamber is constantly training existing staff, providing service support.

"The training is conducted in cooperation with state authorities. For example, if the questions concern the legal sphere and land relations, we are attracting employees of architecture department, GASK, etc., - says T. Nakhipbekov. - Starting next year, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of SKR intend to expand the list of services".

As it was noted at the press conference, next year the tools of support will be expanded through addition of consultations on public-private partnership, as many businesses still do not understand how this state support measure will be implemented. Today the Chamber of Entrepreneurs is training specialists in this field.

"Expansion of support tools depends on the demand of entrepreneurs. In the first year of functioning of the Chamber, there were only 7 types of services, the next year appeared a business school and the counseling program "senior professionals", "Business Communications", and now - the PPP. That is a proposal coming from the entrepreneurs themselves", - said at a press conference the head of the department of non-financial support of business of RCE of SKR Daniyar Darmen.

Customer support is very necessary especially for small businesses, because its purpose – is to teach, to guide, to advise, to facilitate the acquisition of state support measures and public services.

"We signed an agreement with the two markets “Aina Bazaar" and "Samal" on the opening of consultation rooms on their territory. There will be lawyers, accountants, tax and customs officers. This is explained by the fact that the traders on the market - this is the part of the entrepreneurs, who often have questions and difficulties in completing tax reports and payment of taxes. They will receive free advice on all the above issues. The owners of the market support us, because they are also interested in the fact that their entrepreneurs work well and expand their business", - said T. Nakhipbekov.

This will be a pilot project, the first in Kazakhstan and if it recommends itself well, then the next step is to attract employees of government agencies to provide public services in these rooms.
