There was established the club of accountants
Activities of the association are aimed to promote training and to improve the qualifications of accountants by explaining the most important and problematic issues of legislation, raising the level of legal awareness of accountants and the formation of accounting and tax culture.
The first meeting of the Club was dedicated to the introduction of electronic invoices and gathered more than 60 experts, representing all industries and business areas.
"Our task – is to raise the professionalism of accountants and to facilitate their legal literacy. The work of accountants is an important and at the same time complicated occupation. The club allows to discuss problematic issues together and, thus, to improve the activity of the enterprises. Participation in the Club also allows accountants to discuss draft laws and other normative acts in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation and financial statements, submit their proposals", - said at the meeting the director of the Chamber of entrepreneurs of the region Serik Baiseitov.
Participants of the meeting, the auditor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a professional accountant Svetlana Chemasova told the participants about the latest changes in the legislation. In particular, about who and under what conditions shall prescribe electronic invoices for goods included in the list. According to her, invoices are issued in order to control the circulation of goods. In addition, the auditor shared information, where and how to get acquainted with the products included in the list.
In turn, representatives of the State Revenue officials explained the responsibility in case of violation of the order of discharge and improper filling of electronic invoices, as about the innovations that are expected in the legislation in this area.
During the discussion were identified problematic issues and, in particular, accountants are having difficulty with referral of such products to the list, which then affects receipt of goods from suppliers.
After the two-hour meeting, accountants shared their opinions and impressions. They agreed that the topic is relevant, and many issues still raise many questions, to which we managed to get satisfactory answers.
