Farms feel the need for young professionals
This year Saryzhay Vocational and Technical College of Raiymbek District entered the Roadmap of dual training in the specialty "Tractor-driver of agricultural production".
The inclusion of this trade in the map was made on purpose. Local farmers are in dire need of young tractor drivers. Due to objective reasons, only few go to study. And in the villages mainly work people of the Soviet formation. Therefore, the situation requires an immediate solution. At the site of college the representatives of business, education and local authorities discussed the situation in the labor market and the best solutions.
Talgat Nusipkozhaev - the head of the District Council of Entrepreneurs, the head of "Orken" peasant economy. He is no stranger to the problem. For many years, he can’t find young people for farming.
"My tractor drivers are 50-60 years old. They studied and worked ever since the Soviet era. They all can disassemble and reassemble a tractor. But now, we have modern appliances, everything is automated, there is a computer system. They can’t operate such machinery. Therefore, we need young people", - said the businessman.
The heads of farms have expressed a desire and interest in joint training. This work has already been started. Since September, the business is actively involved in the drafting of the curriculum in the specialty "Tractor-driver of agricultural production".
"The curriculum is designed in a ratio of 40/60. The greatest amount of time students will spend in practice with mentors. Farmers are looking forward to workshops, they intend to teach students not only to the basics of the trade, but also to love work, his own land. In addition, entrepreneurs spoke about the lack of a car mechanic in the production ", - added the head of the department of human capital development of the Chamber of entrepreneurs Almagul Ongarbaeva.
The head of the district department of employment Bilal Masimbaev reported on the progress of implementation and the involvement of young people in the framework of the program "Employment Road Map - 2020". It turned out that residents that want to gain the skills seamstress and hairdresser, you must go to study in Almaty. Therefore, the Chamber recommended entrepreneurs to provide training in the area, to cultivate own staff at home.
