Pay once, check seven times!
The businesswoman has paid the license fee, but later found out that she faces a fine of more than 300 thousand tenge for storage and retail sale of alcoholic beverages
An unpleasant case happened with the entrepreneur of Mamlyut District Yuliya Maskaltsova. The businesswoman engaged in retail trade, including sale of alcoholic beverages in the village Voskresenovka. On 20 July, on the last day of payment of the license fee, Yuliya Maskaltsova paid it through the local post office and quietly continued her work until she was invited to the State Revenue Department, where she learned that because of the error in the program the payment was processed on 21st. This was the basis for the imposition of an administrative fine by the State Revenue Department in the amount of 318 150 tenge for late payment. Y. Maskaltsova immediately appealed to the district branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of NKR for help. The branch director Nina Vasilenko advised her to apply to the court for cancellation of the decision. After the trial, the court ruled in favor of the plaintiff. As it was noted by Vasilenko, since the beginning of the year a branch of RCE protected rights of 30 businesses totaling more than 1 million tenge.
