Speaking about the preparation for the reception of a large flow of Chinese tourists to Kazakhstan, Shaikenova drew attention to such an important issue as the training of qualified guides. "There are a lot negative talks, they say: do not attract repatriates. And we have attracted. Of course, education is very important for us. We trained them and certified literate young people. Among them were not only repatriates, but also young people who received education in China. Today, these 9 people have already started to work actively. Therefore I propose not to ignore repatriates who have lived for many years in China and know how to work with Chinese tourists", - she said.
