Eight graduates of the College of Service and Technology of Taraz underwent training within the dual system of education at large sewing enterprise, which is almost 30 years on the market
LLP "Ivanho" actively cooperates with schools, inviting students to practice and conducting study tours for them. One of them was organized by the Chamber of entrepreneurs in the area within a decade "Youth Employment", dedicated to the celebration of Labor Day in the region.
"At the College of service and technology of Taraz city is well established work on social partnership: from 230 college graduates, who finished training in 2015, 201 (87.5%) students were employed. Within the dual system of education in 2015 were trained 28 students, in 2016 - 24 students passed practical training at LLP "Ivanho", "CPL-Taraz", "SVL-Taraz”, “Expotex Taraz LTD”, etc. Eight graduates were employed at LLP "Ivanho" upon completion of the studies within the dual training system", - states the data provided by the College of service and technology of the city of Taraz, the head of the human capital development of the Chamber of entrepreneurs Bagila Abduldayeva.
For students of the third year of a specialty "Modelling and designing clothes" on the basis of sewing enterprise "Ivanho" was held an informative tour. For the students it was the first encounter with the large-scale production, next year they will undergo practice.
The guys have shown the entire production cycle, from cutting clothes, embroidery, wet-heat processing, packaging to finished samples room. Blankets, bedding, quilts, uniforms, school uniforms, as well as towels, bathrobes and much more are available now in the company with 29 years of history.
"In college we are working for a long time, the level of students’ training is good if someone graduates want to find a job after graduating from college, we are ready to accept them. Of course, an important stage is the stage of practical training, after which there will be possible to draw conclusions of the students who will be able to continue to work in this sphere", - said the director of "Ivanho” Lyubov Popova.
The action "Open Day" is to promote the prestige of working professions.
Within the campaign were organized tours of college students to the leading enterprises of the region: students of the College of service and technology of Taraz attended LLP "Ivanho", students of Baizak College of Baizak district #3 visited LLP "Rola-7", students of Karatau humanitarian-technical college of the Talas region visited LLP "Zhambyl Nedr"; students of Taraz chemical technology college attended the LLP "Mineral fertilizers", students of Zhanatas diversified college visited by LLP "Eurochem-Karatau"....
