According to the Entrepreneurial Code of RK, one of the principles of interaction between business and the state is stimulation of entrepreneurial activity and its protection and support. This raises the legitimate question: whether the inspectors are part of the state? Or they have an individual law?
It is worth noting that some inspectors are to blame for this.
It is about bringing of individuals to the administrative liability for the sale of tobacco products to minors and alcoholic products to persons under the age of 21 years.

Since the beginning of 2016 the specialized inter-district juvenile court #1 brought 80 individuals to the administrative responsibility for the sale of tobacco products to persons under the age of 18 with imposition of fines in size from 20 to 80 MCI. 21 individual was attracted to administrative responsibility for the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21 years.
