A local entrepreneur in the village Zhosaly opened a bus station "Dostyk" and the eponymous shopping mall
On the territory of a shopping complex with an area of more than 3 thousand square meters is located a summer market, which is equipped with modern equipment; indoor shopping pavilion and special containers to trade chemical products. All these facilities meet all sanitary norms and standards for trade.
As the owner of the complex, a private entrepreneur Baktiyar Zhumabekov invested 60 million tenge in construction. Bus station "Dostyk", a part of the complex, is an administrative building with the cash desks, a waiting room, buffet and a first-aid post. Near there is a bus parking, two ecological car washes and vehicle service station.
For example, B.Zhumabekov organized a car wash near the shopping center, which operates under the most modern technologies. The machine can be washed in just 20-30 minutes here, when a customer does shopping. Cleaning technology doesn’t require water, electricity, sewage system. It is cheap and convenient.
According to the manager of the bus station Zhanna Alipova, they have 10 buses - "PAZ", "Gazelle", "MAN", "Setra". There have been launched routes to Kyzylorda and the village of Kyzyl-Tam. After the tender, the busses will start to travel to all districts and villages. six drivers, two controllers, two physicians were employed for this purpose.
"A loan, which has been provided by LLP "Regional Investment Center "Kyzylorda", enabled this - says B. Zhumabekov. - Last year, I was given 10 million tenge, which helped to complete construction and to put into operation the bus station".
With the opening of these facilities will increase the comfort level for Karmakshintsev.
The head of the region familiarized with the construction project in Zhosaly neighborhood near the former airport. The implementation of the project requires more than 814 million tenge. Zhosaly residents will get about 1,300 land plots for individual housing construction, rail road, electricity, water, and other communications will be build soon.
