Institute of Business Ombudsman was created recently, but actually shows its effectiveness
Balkhash businessmen were told about the activities of the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan. At the meeting on the introduction of the provision of the District Council of Entrepreneurs Lyazzat Chinkisbaeva familiarized the participants with the history of the emergence and performance of the Business Ombudsman.
On 18-19th of May, the Commissioner for the Protection of the rights of entrepreneurs Bolat Palymbetov paid a working visit to the Almaty region.
"Institute of the Business Ombudsman was established recently, but actually shows its effectiveness. For example, during his working visit he held personal receptions, at which he received 13 entrepreneurs. After their appeal, and with the assistance of Bolat Palymbetov the problematic issues were resolved positively", - said L.Chinkisbaeva.
Moderator of the meeting, a member of the Regional Council of the Chamber of entrepreneurs Bakhit Ataybekov added that the Business Ombudsman - is another defender of the rights of entrepreneurs.
"Business Ombudsman provides assistance to those issues that we can’t solve at the local level. At a meeting with businessmen and akimat he also said that most of the problematic issues can be resolved on the ground in the regions, without bringing them up to Astana. But the idea of the creation of the Institute of the Business Ombudsman shows that the state is interested in solving business problems. And such tools need to be used effectively", - noted B. Ataybekov.
