LLP "Akkum" addressed to the Chamber of entrepreneurs to resolve the situation, which arose due to the fault of the staff of the State Revenue Department in Enbekshy district of the city of Shymkent. Tax bodies arrested the bank accounts of the company, thereby paralyzing the normal activities of the business entity.
Earlier, the same state body sent to LLP "Akkum" notifications regarding the need to eliminate violations, which were revealed during the audit. It turned out that the company has had a transaction with a pseudo-enterprise. The tax body demanded to exclude from the offset amount VAT and CIT, because of transactions with LLP “Gis Solution + Consalting Almaty”.
The entrepreneur fully performed the demand, he had sent to to the tax authority the explanation. In addition, he had sent a complaint to the higher authorized body and filed a complaint in court against the actions of the tax body. That is, all of these actions must have suspended the notification. But, despite this, the tax body arrested his accounts contrary to the tax legislation.
The Chamber of entrepreneurs has solved this problem with the help of the contact groups that work directly with the heads of agencies and organizations. The expert of the Chamber Maya Isaeva phoned the acting head of the State Revenue Department of SKR Galymzhan Orynov. During the conversation, she clarified the situation and pointed out to the illegality actions of the tax authority, and asked to cancel the order on the suspension of bank transactions of LLP "Akkum". Within a few minutes the head of the tax authority revoked the seizure order.
Thus, the problem of the businessman has been solved in a matter of minutes, the arrest was removed from the accounts, and the company could continue to operate.
The new form of the resolution of problems of entrepreneurs - the contact groups - set up by the Chamber of entrepreneurs for rapid response to violations of the rights of businesses and provision of them with the effective assistance, without spending time on long correspondence between the competent authorities.
Today at the Chamber there are contact groups that work with energy - and gas suppliers, the State Revenue Department, Land Committee, the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Shymkent, Akimat.
