Denial due to non feasibility of registration
An entrepreneur Nadezhda Dmukhaylo from NKR could not register her land plot of 53 hectares within six months
The fact is that the owner of the land was previously a member of the farm "Ganzha", but she decided to leave the organization and to open her own farm "Dmukhaylo". For this purpose, the woman tried to reregister the charter documents for the land plot, but she could not register the documents at the department of Justice. The reason: a bailiff seized all assets of the company of one of the members of the collective farm "Ganzha". Later the arrest was removed, limiting the imposition of a ban directly on the activities of the debtor. But Nadezhda Dmuhakylo was denied registration again. By that time the six-month period of compulsory registration of land was close expiration, and the head of the farm "Dmukhaylo" threatened a fine of more than 20 thousand tenge for late registration. Tired of fruitless attempts to interrupt the vicious circle of bureaucracy, the businesswoman turned for help to Mamlyut branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of NKR.
"We have studied the documents, worked out the issue with the Department of Justice, and proved that the refusal to register infringes the legitimate rights of the entrepreneur. However, our experts have put in order the documents of the collective farm"Ganzha", helped with the compliance of the cadastral case and act on the land plot", - said the director of the branch of the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Mamlyut branch of RCE of NKR Nina Vasilenko. As a result, Dmukhaylo registered the rights to a land plot and escaped the imposition of a fine.
"Being desperate about another denial, I thought that there is no way out. I thought that I would have to pay a fine. But with the assistance of the Chamber of entrepreneurs everything was resolved. So thanks to employees of Mamlyut branch of RCE of NKR for the professionalism and quality work", - said Nadezhda Dmukhaylo.
