The branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs has not disregarded the problem of an entrepreneur
As everyone knows, in accordance with the tax regulations entrepreneurs are obliged to apply cash registers with lock function and data transmission. Conscientiously fulfilling the requirements of the law, an individual entrepreneur Pavel Bushkovsky carrying out retail sales of gasoline at the petrol station in the village of Blagoveschenka of Zhambyl district, has taken all the necessary measures and has acquired the appropriate cash register. The branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Zhambyl region assisted him in registering the cash register at the web-portal oofd.kz and at the beginning of October 2015 the district office of JSC "Kazakhtelecom" connected the cash register to their network.
However, his cash register was not able to perform the function of data transmission. Simply put, an entrpreneur can not apply it in work. Unfortunately, P. Bushkovsky found himself in the circle of indifference. Several times he had already applied to the service company for a check. Finding technical reasons, the service specialists of the company sent him to the district branch of JSC "Kazakhtelecom". Employees of JSC "Kazakhtelecom" did not find the reasons for the malfunction of the communication channel and re-send him to the service company. He was forced to walk for three months in this circle...
Pavel Bushkovsky realizing his risky position, addressed to the branch for assistance and help. The situation was against the entrepreneur. A moratorium on audits was completed and the tax authorities had the right to bring him to an administrative liability - 15 MCI (31815tenge).
Director of the branch Natalya Lazareva addressed with the problem of an entrepreneur directly to the head of Zhambyl district communication hub. Just two days later, Pavel Bushkovsky gave a call to the branch and said that the problem was resolved. Cash register works correctly and performs the data transfer function. The businessman thanked the branch of the Chamber of entrepreneurs for cooperation and said that now he knows where to go with problems.
The branch assisted in the resolution of another incident within the line of protection of business, but in fact it would be desirable that there were fewer cases like that. To do this, it is necessary to consider and to treat each problem as if it is yours. Such an attitude would only benefit both operating and budding businesses.
