The Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev urged wealthy Kazakhs to legalize their property and capital
"We grew up many rich people, billionaires, millionaires. There are photoes in Forbes, true or not true, but it's good that they are there. They look fabulous",- said the Head of State in his speech at the XVII Congress of the Party" Nur Otan ".
"But it is Kazakhstan, where you earned all the money. Our country, our state. Let's invest in here, offshore investments are nonsense ", - said Nursultan Nazarbayev.
The Head of State recalled that "Kazakhstan has concluded treaties on legal assistance with almost all states". In addition, the rules of legalization were significantly liberalized.
"Primary privatization, primary accumulation of funds was never absolutely pure, transparent. In any case, it was like that everywhere. We forgive, bring money. If there is a house abroad then you need to legalize it, so that we know about it", - urged Nursultan Nazarbayev.
Nursultan Nazarbayev proposed the entire business community to take part in the privatization of Kazakhstan.
