Kazakhstan has imposed a ban on the import and sale of certain products from Kyrgyzstan and Russia

Decision on temporary ban was adopted by the Committee on Consumer Protection of the Ministry of National Economy of Kazakhstan. The press service of the Ministry said that the reason was the results of laboratory studies that showed repeated violations of the sanitary-epidemiological and health indicators of technical regulations.

As a result, from September 8 of this year was imposed a temporary ban on import of the following products to Kazakhstan:

- Processed cheese “Hochland” with different flavors, produced by "Hochland", Russian Federation, Moscow region;

- Glazed cheese with a variety of flavors, produced by LLC IC "Preobrazhenski", the Russian Federation, Moscow region;

- Yoghurt drinks, produced by "Campina", the Russian Federation, Moscow region;

- Peasant’s butter produced in the Kyrgyz Republic;

- Milk containing condensed product " Slavic condensed cream with sugar", produced by JSC "Verkhovsky Milk Plant", the Russian Federation, Orel region;

- Sausage products manufactured by JSC "Mikoyan meat processing plant", the Russian Federation, Moscow;

- "Choco-lite" and "Dutch" Waffles under the brand "Yashkino", produced by JSC "Kemerovo CSC", the Russian Federation, Kemerovo.

Earlier, similar restrictions have already been made in respect of goods of a number of Russian manufacturers, which contributed to the improvement of the consumer market.
