By the order of the Chairman of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken" Dina Talgatovna Mamasheva was appointed the Director of the Department of Customs Administration.

Dina Mamasheva graduated from Almaty Energy Institute, and in 2006 graduated from the Eurasian Market Institute with a degree in state and local governance.

Over the years, she held senior positions with the customs authorities. In 2013, she was the Deputy Chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance. From 2014 to 2015 she worked as director of the Department of customs clearance MF RK.

For active civil position she was awarded was awarded with the diploma of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the medal "For the contribution to the creation of the EAEU of 2nd degree", the medal "for her contribution to the formation of the CU", the medal "For strengthening of customs cooperation of CIS member states", breast signs for service at the customs bodies.
