The Legal Department of RCE put a question of Kulyash Bakisheva for consideration of the Council for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs. In the end, the problem that dragged on for months was decided in two weeks in favor of the business lady.
The experts of the Chamber note with regret that the legal literacy of entrepreneurs leaves much to be desired. This is often used by unscrupulous representatives of state bodies. "For five months of this year, 131 business entities have addressed to the Chamber of Entrepreneurs. Of these, 58 appeals were decided in favor of entrepreneurs. We defended our rights for 5 months to the amount of almost 650 million tenge. For the current time, we participated in ten lawsuits. 5 of them we decided in favor of entrepreneurs", - says Ruslan Kuishinov, the head of the department for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs and the reduction of administrative barriers. For example: at the appeal of LLP "Holding Aktobe Agro", the claims of the the regional SRC for the amount of 86 million KZT were canceled in court. The rights of the "Cherson" peasant farm are protected in court from the illegal claims of the State Department "The Department of Land Relations of Alginsky District" on the termination of the lease of the land plot. The violated rights of LLP "Center BVR" were restored after unlawful actions of the private bailiff of Aktyubinsk region, which resulted in the imposition of seizure on settlement accounts and the issuance of a resolution approving the amounts of payment for committed enforcement actions. In this regard, the Regional Chamber is strengthening its work both to increase the legal literacy of the businessmen themselves and the headquarters for the protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs. So, together with the prosecutor's office for 5 months, dozens of violations against small and medium-sized businesses were eliminated.
