"KazTransGasAimak" and businessmen of Mangistau region can’t agree
JSC KazTransGasAimak ignored the requests of entrepreneurs of Mangistau region. However, the issue was resolved with the intervention of the Mangistau region. "Thanks to the practical and legal assistance of the Mangistau region, the problems of many entrepreneurs in the region were solved", - said the regional businessmen. One of the problems solved by RCE of Mangistau region was the situation with the MPF JSC KazTransGasAimak. The company "KazTransGasAimak" issued technical conditions for the design and connection of business facilities to gas distribution networks, it canceled decisions on imposing penalties in the form of a fine for incompatibility of the gas meter with the installed equipment, and penalties for additional equipment were canceled. It should be noted that entrepreneurs repeatedly addressed these issues to the MPF JSC KazTransGasAimak, but the requests remained without due attention, the prosecutor's offices and akimats of cities and districts also failed to solve the problem. In turn, RCE of Mangistau region reacted promptly and organized negotiations with the management of KazTransGasAimak and as a result solved the problem.
