District branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs managed to dismantle another illegal road sign
Individual entrepreneurs of the village Zelenyi Guy addressed to the mobile group for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs of Prosecutor's Office of Taiynsha District and the local branch of the Chamber, asking to help to dismantle a road sign "Entry prohibited, except for official cars".
"Indeed, this sign was placed at the entrance to the outlets owned by several private entrepreneurs. And because the road sign was not included in the list, respectively, it has been installed illegally. This is the conclusion of the employees of the supervisory authority", - says the director of the district branch of RCE of NKR Aslan Nurseitov.
Moreover, according to members of a mobile group, this sign cuts off the movement of drivers to the parking area, which causes interference in the work of individual entrepreneurs of the village Zelenyi Guy.
Note, this is the second case in the area. In February last year on the proposal of the prosecutor's office, the similar road sign has been dismantled in the town of Taiynsha. According to the results of the inspection, the supervisory body demanded the district akimat to take an inventory of all road signs, which have been illegally installed - dismantle and punish disciplinary persons, who are guilty of violating the legal rights of citizens and businesses.
