Department of Agriculture refused an entrepreneur in registration of equipment
The main activity of the Chamber of entrepreneurs is to protect the rights and interests of business. Every day Chamber gets dozens of appeals from entrepreneurs. In general, these complaints are about the actions of public bodies. For example, last month Evgeni Perepelitsa addressed to RCE. The head of the farm "Vita cereals" complained on actions of the agriculture department of Eskeldi District. It turned out that the public authority refused to register the tractor, which was purchased for the farm. Although according to the law, the authority must register each new technology for agricultural purposes.
Lawyer of the legal unit of RCE Diaz Otashbaev sent a letter to the prosecutor's office and the Department of Civil Service of the Almaty region. After reviewing the appeal, the prosecutor’s office established that the actions of the Department of Agriculture were unlawful. Thus, the issue has been resolved positively. Evgeni Perepelitsa was pleased with the work done and the Chamber sent a letter of thanks to the Director of RCE Lyazzat Chinkisbaeva.

I am confident in maintaining the existing friendly relations, and look forward to further cooperation ", - said the businessman.
Last month the Chamber of entrepreneurs received 53 appeals of entrepreneurs within the line of protection of entrepreneurs' rights, 30 of which were positively resolved.
