Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan donate more than KZT 29 mn in two days
The business continues to assist victims of Arys explosion with money, food, clothes, and medicine.
Members of the Regional Council of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Aktobe region responded to Atameken's call for assistance to the victims. Askhat Aitzhanov, chairman of the Board of Directors of Dastan Group of Companies, a member of the Regional Council donated 3 million tenge to the account of the Menin Atamekenim public association. Talgat Salfikov, general director of Anvar LLP donated 1 million tenge. Gaik Terteryan, the founder of Paris Commune XXI LLP, donated 2 million tenge.
In turn, the sewing company of Aktobe Global-Spetsodezhda LLP has sent humanitarian aid worth 2 million tenge to the residents of Arys. These are blankets, pillows, bed sets and T-shirts. Each employee of the company made their contribution, and collected 260,000 tenge in total and transferred it to a special account.
The Business Women's Council of Aktobe region donated 300,000 tenge to support the victims of the accident in Arys. Novice entrepreneurs of Aktobe launched an action to provide humanitarian assistance to the victims as a sign of support to their compatriots.
Businesswoman Elmira Zerenbayeva donated 300,000 tenge. Zhanagul Dilzhanova a mother with many children, graduate of the Mama Entrepreneur project of the Atameken, donated 20,000 tenge. Members of the Association of parents of children with autism of the Aktobe region donated 10,000 tenge.
The employees of the Chamber of entrepreneurs of the Aktobe region donated one-day salary to those affected by Arys explosion.
In Almaty, the chairman of the Association of Tourism and Hospitality Business of Kazakhstan Rashida Shaykenova said that travel agencies and hotels also supported the Arys residents, they help with housing and transportation of people. Kuanysh Kerimkulov, the owner of the Sunkar Medical Clinic, sent doctors from the Shymkent branch to provide qualified assistance to those affected by Arys explosion. These businessmen are members of the Regional Council of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
Businessmen and philanthropists of Karaganda region sent 10 tons of humanitarian cargo to Arys by plane. These are foodstuffs, clothes, necessities. In turn, the Karaganda pharmaceutical plant donated the most necessary medicines to the residents of the affected city. The staff of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Karaganda region donated one-day earnings to help the victims. Regional council of businessmen of the Karaganda region has actively joined fundraising and transferred to the official account opened by Menin Atamekenim public association more than 5 million tenge.
Entrepreneurs of Kyzylorda sent a special caravan with 15 tons of rice, 10 tons of flour, 5 tons of buckwheat, 1.5 tons of milk. The list of food products is still growing. The following agricultural producers of the Kyzylorda region sent 15 tons of rice: Abzal & K IE, Aktobe & K LLP, Abai Daulet LLP, Zhan Arai LLP, Akzharma 2 peasant farm, Zhanazhol LLP, Akzharma & K peasant farm, Akmaya peasant farm, Tonkeris K peasant farm, Syr Marzhany LLP and Tugisken LLP. Besides, the employees of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kyzylorda transferred one-day earnings to the victims.
West Kazakhstan region is actively assisting Arys residents. The collection of necessary things and goods continues in three organized points. Another truck is being formed for shipment to Turkestan. individual entrepreneurs Valentina Mikhno, Liliya Khairullina, Turarbek Tlemisov and Balzia Eveneyeva donated money.
In total, the businessmen raised more than 29 million tenge since the day of tragedy. The money is sent by businessmen and residents of the country.
Remind that, the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs called on the business community to support those affected by the disaster in Arys and provide all possible assistance to the residents. The blast had rocked the depot at the military unit in Arys on June 24.
