The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs jointly with the Prosecutor General's Office and the "Nur Otan" party has launched on its website a project to identify the rules in the legislation that prevent business development

Through the online form "Let’s improve the law together" come from proposals from business on procurement, taxation, energy sector. Proposals for changes to legislation are considered by experts of "Atameken" and state agencies supervising these spheres. It allows anyone to report quickly to the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the problems of legislation in the field of entrepreneurship and availability of administrative barriers. To do this, you must fill in the online form "Let’s improve the law together!"

All proposals will be reviewed by experts of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the General Prosecutor's Office and the party "Nur Otan". If the initiators of the reasons to change the law find their confirmation, state agencies, developers of the relevant regulations will be informed about it.

As for laws that contradict to the requirements of the law, the Prosecutor's Office will take appropriate actions of prosecutorial response.
