BUSINESS IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN IMPROVING ADMINISTRATIVE CODE
The draft law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On introducing amendments and additions to the Administrative Offences Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - the Draft Law) came in the NCE "Atameken".
The draft law is aimed at further improving of administrative and tort legislation, as well as humanization and reducing the repressiveness of the Administrative Offenses Code (hereinafter referred to as the Code), including in part of:
- the transfer of a number of administrative offenses to civil or disciplinary liability;
- revision of administrative sanctions for possible mitigation and reduction;
- delineation of powers between the court and extrajudicial authorities to review cases of administrative violations;
- combining the offenses of the Administrative Offenses Code, establishing liability for advertising of individual products, works or services in one article of the Code.
