Pavlodar entrepreneurs intend to cooperate with the Turkish Confederation of Industrialists
On the site of the regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the President of the Turkish Confederation of Industrialists and Women Entrepreneurs Nezaket Emine Atasoy, met with the business community of Pavlodar region. It should be noted that earlier the delegation of regional women entrepreneurs visited the business forum of businesswomen of Kazakhstan and Turkey, which was held in Istanbul.
Here, the contribution of businesswomen to the development of bilateral economic relations was highly appreciated. As the chairman of the Council of Businesswomen, Raikhangul Satabayeva, said, the Council of Businesswomen of Pavlodar region is a relatively young organization that was established in 2015. The main mission of the Council is to stimulate the economic activity of women entrepreneurs, support women's participation in private entrepreneurship, and their economic initiatives. Along with this, the director of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs Serik Baiseitov said that the Chamber provides comprehensive support for the development of entrepreneurship in the region. Priority tasks are to protect the rights and legitimate interests of businessmen, attract investment and promote the goods and services of local entrepreneurs.
"Pavlodar region is the industrial center of the republic, it has a great potential for investment. Macroeconomic, social and political stability, attractive investment legislation, favorable geographic location of the region have created one of the most attractive investment regions", - Serik Bayseitov said.
During the meeting, representatives of the Turkish Confederation of Industrialists were introduced to the investment opportunities of the region. For example, one of the growth areas is the FEZ Pavlodar. Pavlodar entrepreneurs expressed interest in cooperation in the field of innovation, the development of electronic platforms for trade in both Turkish and local products, the supply and processing of agricultural products, educational activities, and the development of youth entrepreneurship. In turn, Ms. Nezaket Emine Atasoy noted that the region is very attractive for investing and developing joint projects.
"Today's meeting is the continuation of the meeting in Istanbul. As we have already understood the Pavlodar region is an industrial region and there are so many reasons for investing here. We are ready to cooperate both in terms of imports and exports. Turkey is one of the major producers of agricultural machinery and equipment, textiles, building materials. In addition, we know that you produce lentils. We have a great interest in the import of lentils. In the future, we intend to study in detail all proposals of Pavlodar entrepreneurs.
