Kazakhstani and Russian Institute of Business Ombudsmen signed Road Map for Implementing Cooperation Agreements

The large forum, which gathered delegations of the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and guests from abroad, under its wing, took place on 2-3 of November in Orenburg. Representatives of the West Kazakhstan region also took part in the traditional event, which became a kind of dialogue platform for its participants.

One of the directions of the VII International Forum "Orenburg Region - the Heart of Eurasia" was the organization of a panel session of regional Ombudsmen for the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan and Russia. Representatives of the Business Ombudsman of Kazakhstan in the West Kazakhstan region Nurzhan Maksotov, Mirlan Bisengaliyev from Aktobe region and Samat Sadvakasov of Kostanay region took part in this forum.

 

During the forum, representatives of the prosecutor's office of neighboring Orenburg informed the participants about the work of the prosecution authorities in the field of protecting the rights of entrepreneurs.

"Such forums are useful because there was a mutual exchange of work experience. All this is done to ensure that there are no obstacles to work in the sphere of protecting the rights and interests of business entities, and they were resolved promptly. It is gratifying that our colleagues from Russia are interested in the history of the establishment and operation of the institute of the Business Ombudsman of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the entire system of NCE RK "Atameken", - said the deputy on legal issues Nurzhan Maksotov. - Following the results of the panel session, we signed the Roadmap for the implementation of the Cooperation Agreements".

These agreements were signed during the first time the Forum of Business Ombudsmen of Russia and Kazakhstan on 2nd of September. Documents for further mutually beneficial cooperation were signed between the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan Bolat Palymbetov and the Representative for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs under the President of Russia, Boris Titov

These agreements provide for mutual assistance in the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs and the exchange of information in the field of business activities in Kazakhstan and Russia.

According to the Roadmap signed in a quadripartite formate, such measures as monitoring of observance of rights and legitimate interests of business entities operating in the territory of the two countries, exchange of information on violated rights and legitimate interests of business entities, and much more will be conducted.
