About 130 largest companies of Kazakhstan exhibited vacancies
Presentations of employers took place in the KazNU named after Al-Farabi. As it turned out, such giants of the domestic industry as LLP KazMunaiGas Onmderi, KazMinerals, Kazpost, Kazakhtelecom, Air Astana, SE “ZhezkazganRedmet”, LLP Lukoil, LLP “Philip Morris", Local and foreign banks, consulting and real estate companies, law firms, travel agencies, trading houses participated in it.
A considerable number of interested people gathered at the counter of Almaty Chamber of Entrepreneurs, where everyone was offered vacancies for megalopolis enterprises, as well as participation in educational and training centers.
"Today's event is a great chance for applicants to find their own niche. The Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Almaty, in turn, will send these summaries to the personnel departments of city enterprises. I note that today the Chamber together with the Education Department and industry associations make every effort to fill the emptiness in the labor market. For this purpose, we have been active for the third year in a row in the sphere of dual education. 7 branch clusters and 4 educational and training centers have been created. Training lasts for half a year and upon completion guarantees employment", - said Zhanat Yestayev, an expert of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Almaty, who participated in the job fair.
There were also round tables and seminars during the fair. The most successful entrepreneurs in the sphere of modern technologies were invited to the "Dare to be" conference with the head of the Queex project in Instagram Abylai Yusupov, the founder of Internet holding Ramil Mukhoriapov, the general director of Wake up technology Askhat Abzhanov and the director of the communications department of Mega management Alisher Elikbaev.
The guests of the conference shared their experience, gave useful advice and recommendations on who employers choose today and what they can earn in modern realities.
