The model of the ecosystem of youth entrepreneurship was presented in Pavlodar
The model of the ecosystem of youth entrepreneurship in the student's environment was presented at the Pavlodar Chamber of Entrepreneurs. The issues of the development of student entrepreneurship were discussed a round table. The project of the Eurasian Group (ERG) provides for assistance to local educational institutions in the process of transformation to entrepreneurial ones. Moreover, the creation of an ecosystem of youth entrepreneurship in the student environment does not imply the direct financing of partner universities, but includes the involvement of training coaches, training of prospective students with mentors, provision of a base for practical needs, consultations on economics of Start-up projects, and much more. "The new project is aimed at developing entrepreneurial skills and will promote the involvement of youth in entrepreneurial activities. We, on our part, are ready to provide the project participants with comprehensive support and support right up to the final result", said Serik Bayseitov, director of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs. "The best universities of the region and the largest industrial enterprises of Kazakhstan are concentrated in the territory of Pavlodar region. We have developed an effective system of interaction with universities through dual training programs, the passage of practice and the implementation of other joint projects", - said Begzia Iskakova, vice president on personnel and social issues of JSC “Aluminum of Kazakhstan”. The project of the Eurasian Group covers a completely new, promising direction, such as the creation of an ecosystem of youth entrepreneurship in a student environment. Here, special attention is paid to improving the quality of human capital and developing entrepreneurial thinking of students. Moreover, a study of the social well-being of the regions, conducted by the company, showed a high need for entrepreneurial skills. For example, most young residents of the region prefer work in government agencies or large city-forming enterprises, and only 3% of university graduates risk creating their own business. The main task of the project is to reverse the situation and support enterprising young people who could later contribute to the development of the economy of the Pavlodar region and its business potential. To do this, it is assumed at an early stage - during the training in the university to identify active students, organize work with experts and mentors, create sites for the formation of abilities to develop business ideas and transfer them to business planning and business design formats, ensure the inclusion of youth projects in the investment and business infrastructure. Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of Pavlodar city Ruslan Tleulesov noted the timeliness of this project: "Existing state programs of business support are focused on industrial-innovative development, which is impossible without active young people. Moreover, 30% of the country's population is young people. And today there are many examples of bright young successful businessmen. "Earlier, a pilot project in support of student entrepreneurship ERG was tested on the basis of Pavlodar State University named after S. Toraigyrov. Tel Aviv University and the Association of Friends of Tel Aviv University in Kazakhstan assisted with it. The first results proved the relevance and viability of the initiative. After the presentation of the program, a list of partner universities was announced at the round table meeting, which, after selecting, will participate in the ERG project.
