The trainings for young designers were held in Aktobe
Business trainings were conducted for the members of the Club “Sheber ART” and students by the business coach of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Aktyubinsk region Yerzhan Nurgaliyev. The participants are young girls, beginning designers. Therefore, a training seminar on the basics of entrepreneurship is very useful for them. As it turned out, most of them in the future plan to open their own studio, ART studios and salons.
In the meantime, the exchange of experience takes place within the walls of the club, which operates for the second year at the regional museum "Rukhaniyat", whose staff organized this meeting. It should be noted that the students of the Aktobe college of industrial technologies and management were also invited to the seminar.
The business coach of the Chamber basically answered the questions of the students. Future businesswomen were interested in existing support measures for organizing their business, further promotion of it, as well as existing entrepreneurship training programs. As a successful example of a realized business idea, a businessman, Rosa Bisekenova, was invited to a meeting. A woman has her own studio. Atelier "Rose" is engaged in sewing clothes of any style and different models. But in many respects the masters prefer to make outfits decorated with national ornaments. The entrepreneur told how she made the first steps in business, how she developed, then she inspired many of the trainees of the training. Young designers are convinced that not always the opening of their own business depends on big financial investment. The main thing in this business is the desire to learn, to improve and to see the goal, they noted after listening to the lectures. According to Aizagul Dzhambulova, a scientific worker of the museum, in the future they intend to continue this practice of organizing club meetings with successful entrepreneurs of Aktobe.
