At the same time, specialists in the contest participate in contests and competitions. "Our enterprise today is self-responsible for training personnel for ourselves, we need qualitatively trained welders, therefore, we participate in dual training of personnel in cooperation with the Chamber of the region. To get a qualified specialist, there must be a close relationship with colleges and in promoting the prestige of the workman, therefore, such professional competitions are necessary where the specialists of the enterprise already see what practical skills young people have",- said the director of the enterprise Adyldabek Sakalbaev. The main welder of the enterprise Kiril Filipov also emphasized the professionalism of the masters of the industrial training of colleges, on which, first of all, the first skills of the students depend, thereby calling for probation on the bases of the enterprises. Today, energy companies are setting requirements for the quality of training for working qualifications. The director of JSC "Camont" Elena Belentseva and her specialists gave a number of proposals on the qualitative organization of the championship on their basis and discussed the issue of training personnel for the required qualifications required for the development of the enterprise. The regional championship WorldSkills shygys passed 11 competencies on the bases of 5 enterprises and 3 colleges with the participation of 85 contestants. The work of the participants was evaluated by the practice experts of 16 enterprises of the region. As part of the experts and guest from Russia, our fellow countryman, Vladimir Dubinin, winner of European competitions in hairdressing art, which handed personal prizes to two participants. Winners of the championship from the Chamber were awarded gold certificates, guaranteeing employment. The championship was also available for those wishing students who wanted to see the competition, 198 students from 13 schools of the city visited the venues.
