Kostanay companies will save millions of tenge on medical examination of employees
Employees of the food-processing enterprises will be examined as before - one, instead of two times a year.
Company executives asked the Chamber of Entrepreneurs to do this. The new rules increased the number of physical examinations, which came into force in January 2016. As predicted by the business, it seriously hit the budget.
For example, if in 2015 the Kostanay factory "Bayan Sulu" spent about 12 million tenge on a medical examination of employees, then in 2016 the amount increased to 26 million. A similar problem was faced by all large enterprises of the food industry in the region.
Realizing that the new norm is connected, first of all, with sanitary and epidemiological safety, NCE “Atameken” offered graduation: for employees in the public catering sector, 1 medical examination in half a year, and for food industry workers once a year.
As a result, in February 2017, the Order "On Amendments and Additions to Some Orders of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" came into force, which took into account the proposals of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
