Sauna business in the countryside
A public bath was opened in Akzhar village of Khromtau district
I must say that it was awaited in the village for a long time and all these years the residents posed the problem of the lack of a public sauna before the local authorities. The entrepreneur Bayansul Shukumova opened the public sauna.
Having received the support of the regional branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, she prepared a business plan, issued all permits for a socially significant facility.
She invested her own funds for the construction of the sauna. The foundation was laid in April last year. In July, the entrepreneur intends to complete the work and put the facility into operation. The public sauna is ready for 80 percent. Minor work and landscaping adjacent territory have to be done. The businesswoman intends to use the credit resources of the fund for financial support of agriculture. Assistance in the procedure for collecting and processing documents is provided by experts of the Chamber.
Assistant Bayansul in this project is the husband Bauyrzhan Kuatov. He is a builder by major and knows all the subtleties of this business: what kind of tile can be laid out in the washroom, and which tree is better to use in the steam room.
They hope that all the costs will pay off and the sauna will be in demand among the villagers. The total area of the public bath is 180 square meters. Separate premises will be allocated for a hairdressing salon and atelier. With the opening of the facility, seven local residents will be provided with permanent jobs. The very same entrepreneur decided to take training courses within the project "Business Advisor", which is conducted by the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
