The second season of the "Student Business School"
The opening of the business school on the initiative of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Aktyubinsk region took place in the college named after S. Baisheva
Students of the 3rd year who want to learn how to plan and to develop their business will be trained free of charge at the courses "Student Business School". The training course was developed by experienced college teachers on the basis of a plan drawn up jointly with experts of the regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
This course includes theoretical and practical classes on the basics of business, marketing and management psychology and excursions to enterprises. During practical classes, students will learn how to make a business plan, and after the course will defend their project. At the opening of the business school there were not only students and teachers, but also businessmen.
Damil Kunanova, the head of the Human Capital Development Department of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Aktobe region, spoke about the priority directions of the work of NCE, about the opportunities that now exist for those who want to start their own business. "Theoretical and practical knowledge gained in the business school will allow college graduates to start their work with the conduct of their own small business. Student’s business projects can participate in such contests as: annual competition "Atameken start-up", Road map of business 2020 "Damu start-up", competition Aktobe "Start-up", competition of student's real projects. It's no secret that the country really needs educated, creative thinking, responsible entrepreneurs. And the youth of Aktobe today is showing great interest in business. More and more young men and women are turning to specialists to get legal help and answer the main question: how does the business start?"
The famous Aktobe designer Malika Duysenbayev told how to start business from the student's bench at the first lesson of the school. The entrepreneur willingly shared her first steps in organizing her business, what qualities an entrepreneur should have. She revealed to her students professional secrets on the example of her entrepreneurial activity.
According to Malika, her mother instilled a love for sewing from early childhood. Today, the family atelier is well known not only in Aktobe. Aktobe designer Malika Duysenbaeva became famous for sewing festive and modern clothes in the national style. Among the clients of the masters are performers and participants of various international competitions. "Tired of the routine work in the office, I once exchanged a career of an accountant for a needle and thread. I refused from high wages for the sake of creativity and have made a right choice", - said the entrepreneur with confidence, answering questions of students.
Today, her business brings a stable income. Malika Duysenbayeva is sure that the main thing is to love her job, and then it will be fully paid off. The first "Student Business School" was opened on the basis of the Aktyubinsk Polytechnic College in conjunction with the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
