Zhetysu business needs "Single Window"
The House of entrepreneurs should appear in each district
This was stated by the head of the regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs Lazzat Chinkisbaeva at a briefing at the Regional Service of Communication. According to her, "single window" principle must be to reduce administrative barriers and to make life easier for entrepreneurs. "The entrepreneur must decide any matter without leaving a single building. Therefore, in each region should appear the House of entrepreneurs, where will sit national authorities and provide all the necessary services for business. In this respect, the support of the local executive bodies is very important", - said the head of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
According to her, the implementation of state programs and support measures will depend on the actions and attitude of the local authorities to the business. "As in all regions, the main problems of entrepreneurs are the land issues, urban planning and architecture, public procurement. However, we still notice that entrepreneurs months waiting for responses from government agencies. That should not be. Therefore, the President's initiative to include the issue of cooperation with the business in akims’ KPI is very correct and will be aimed at maintaining efficient operation. In fact, the dialogue with the business affects the development of the whole region", - said the head of the regional chamber.
According to Lazzat Chinkisbaeva, local authorities should pay attention to the development of youth entrepreneurship in rural areas, actively support clarify the concept of agricultural cooperation among entrepreneurs.
The director of RCE also told about the upcoming live report. A report in the online mode will take place on 6th of March at 19:00 on TV channel "Zhetysu". "Live is another opportunity to talk to entrepreneurs about what we do and what problem business has. They can ask questions, make suggestions in the live mode",- she said.
