In Kyzylorda within the framework of the project "Students’ Business Incubator" goes on preparation for EXPO-2017
The project "Students’ Business Incubator" (SBI), which is initiated by the Chamber of entrepreneurs, is gaining momentum
As it was told by the head of the department of human capital development of the Chamber Skakova Zhanna, today the project of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, which began with the Kyzylorda humanitarian college named after M. Mametova includes 3 educational institutions. One of the active participants of the project is a college named after Abylay Khan.
More than 60 college students become residents of SBI. Learning the basics of business, students visit companies, meet with existing entrepreneurs, receive practical skills of organization of production. Within the frames of the project a meeting on the theme "Dialogue with professional" was organized at the college, at which students were given the opportunity to communicate with the entrepreneur, craftswoman Karlygash Ilsova.
"Today, for the person who wants to do business, there are opportunities, but it requires patience and labor. My grandmother taught me sewing. In 2007 I started my business with sewing kurak-korpesh. Subsequently I opened a center of masters "Karlygash" and became its chair. Today, I am a representative of the "Union of Kazakhstan’s artisans” in Kyzylorda region. My next goal – is the development of this industry in our region, opening of production and attraction of young professionals to this craft and the exchange of practical experience", - says the businessman. She kept her promise and soon Karlygash Ilsova invited 4 business incubator residents enrolled in the specialty "Design", as partners for the preparation for the exhibition EXPO-2017.
The Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kyzylorda region runs the project "Students’ Business Incubator" for the third year. The mechanism of the project is as follows: youth, which manifested their desire to participate in the project, undergoes theoretical training for 40 hours. Upon completion of training the residents of SBI present their business projects to a special commission with the participation of a representative of the Chamber of entrepreneurs. Authors of the best business ideas are provided with free office in an educational institution, and the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, in turn, organizes meetings with business coaches, entrepreneurs, lecturers of the management of Almaty University and improves the skills of young entrepreneurs.
