The Chamber of entrepreneurs raises the question of excessive demands to the drivers of trams
The problem is this: in order to qualify for the tram management, you must work as a driver at least five years and have a minimum - a three-year bus management experience.
Chamber of entrepreneurs as "Ust-Kamenogorsk tram park", considers that this requirement is quite absurd.
"It is unclear on what logic were subsumed under one category requirements for drivers of vehicles of different mechanisms, both bus and tram. These vehicles can’t be compared, they significantly differ in the mechanism, by specifics ", - said chairman of the ULE "Kazakhstani Association of Entrepreneurs of urban electric transport "Anatoly Uspenski.
According to the Association of Legal Entities "Union of Road Carriers of the East Kazakhstan region”, now Ust-Kamenogorsk has acute shortage of bus drivers, which is about 30%, the same drivers deficit (about 30%) is acutely felt in the tram park.
"Only in this case there is a logical question: how such excessive demands, as well as a severe shortage can be solved the problem of the lack of tram drivers", - commented the director of RCE of EKR Igor Shatsky.
In this regard, the regional Chamber raises the question of the simplification of the requirements for the drivers of trams, as well as to include it in the Register of problematic issues and map of solution of business problems.
