The law "On veterinary" and its application were the subject of a round table organized by Bayganin District branch of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs
To a meeting with heads of local farms were invited representatives of the territorial administration of veterinary supervision and control of the district, veterinary laboratories, veterinary departments of agriculture and entrepreneurship, akims of rural districts.
For the most part problematic issues of the prevention of brucellosis have been highlighted during the roundtable. After all, the last year was very difficult for farms of Bayganin District. According to villagers, brucellosis struck most of the farm animals.
The head of the farm "Nazar-Esen-Tugela" Almas Daribaev says that during the blood test the brucellosis was detected in all of cattle. This 80 heads, which the farm was forced to slaughter.
According to the farmer, these are shortcomings of the District Veterinary Service. Disinfection work has not been carried out properly, say angry villagers. Because, in their opinion, such joint meetings and discussion are needed. To hear each other and to develop a series of preventive measures to prevent the outbreak and spread of infectious animal diseases. Representatives of the relevant departments should strengthen the work of quality control over diagnostic, therapeutic and prophylactic agents.
In turn, representatives of veterinary services asked farmers to notify promptly local veterinarians about cases of sudden mortality, simultaneous disease of several animals. In an unusual animal behavior prior to arrival of vats to isolate them.
The branch of the Chamber of entrepreneurs intends to hold such meetings on regular basis.
