All aspirations of business - in the list of problematic issues
Mazhilis MPs promise to voice the problems of business from the highest tribune of the country
At the site of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs was held a meeting of representatives of the business community of the region with the deputies of Mazhilis Amanzhan Jamalov and Daniya Espaeva.
Businessmen were told about the program of productive employment and the development of mass entrepreneurship. "Through this program, citizens in the countryside or in the town will be able to receive micro-credit of up to 16 million tenge for their businesses - said MP Daniya Espaeva. - In addition, it planned to organize business and financial literacy trainings".
According to Amanzhan Jamalov, the highest activity of small and medium-sized businesses across the regions is observed in the Aktobe region. The deputy recommended not to reduce these rates.
MPs not only explained to entrepreneurs the main directions of the Address of the President of Kazakhstan, but also listened to the problems of business. And there were many of them.
Some of them were voiced by MPs themselves. These are administrative barriers, which still impede the development of business, tax administration issues. In turn, entrepreneur asked to release them from duplication of reporting in electronic and paper form, to revise the terms of consideration of permits, as well as to tighten the personal responsibility of civil servants for breach of terms of consideration of documents.
With regard to the state programs, particularly in the agricultural sector, the business supported long-term programs with stable funding, at least for a period of 10-15 years, which will allow the company to strengthen, not to stop halfway.
The Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs systematized all aspirations of business and even formed a list of problematic issues. It consists of 22 points. Here are issues related to the single land tax, as well as funding from the state budget for the construction of engineering and communication networks within a single program "Roadmap of business-2020". The Chamber asked to apply the method of allocation of funds by the experience of 2010, when within the program “RB-2020" money for the engineering networks were given as transfers of general character to the local executive body, ie. to the local budget. And then there will be problems with the disbursement, stated the director of the Chamber Nurlybek Mukanov. The Regional Chamber also offered by the experience of Turkey to consider allocating some funds for the creation of small industrial zones by the type of business incubators. This will be a good help for start-ups, stated the director of the Chamber, saying that not every aspiring entrepreneur has funds for the construction of the building, its equipment and summing up utilities. And this measure would be a real support.
