Regional branches of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs region exchange experience, which was gained during their existence  

The Regional Chamber of entrepreneurs is represented in all ten districts, and has a branch in town of Shu. All branches which have Business Support Centers, were opened in districts three years ago so that in villages, small towns, anyone had the opportunity to consult on the opening of a business, and all new and existing entrepreneurs could receive effective assistance in all emerging issues, as well as support at the opening of a new business, obtaining credit, in finding partners and markets, and so on.

It is worth noting that each of the districts has both its climatic differences and its business specifics. In spite of the common policy and common areas of work, the district branches have different approaches to the implementation of various tasks. That is why in order to exchange experiences, each branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs hosted guests - directors of other regional branches and heads of the department of service support of business of the Regional Chamber of entrepreneurs Diana Tukpetova.

Last week, the days of exchange of experience were organized in remote districts  - T. Ryskulov, Merke, Kordai, Shu and Moyinkum.

Undoubtedly, the biggest advantage of all BSC and district branches is the convenience of its location - in the center of villages and towns in the immediate vicinity of the buildings of local executive bodies, second-tier banks. In addition, all offices are equipped with the necessary equipment and filled with useful information for business - there are free books and brochures, etc.

During the meetings in each of the branches, the participants discussed all the important issues - how to perform business support projects, how to organize trainings and courses, how to protect business, how to improve cooperation with government agencies, banks and financial institutions. And, of course, representative of each district spoke about its special projects, ideas and achievements. Thus, a branch in T.Ryskulov district actively protects the interests of the farms, because the district has a very big potential for development of agriculture and animal husbandry. A recent collective appeal of farms "Bay-Aru", "Mukagali" and SP Dukenbaeva E. resulted in getting 1.2 million grant for the development of livestock breeding, which were previously paid not in full volume to the businesses.

The branch of Merke district also has strong legal department - last summer they were one of the first in the country to raise the problem of helath resorts, which because of the innovations in the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan have been charge with millions of tenge due to the new rate of mineral extraction tax. As a result, the issue was considered at a regional level, and then - at the national level, health centers were saved from excessive tax payments.

Entrepreneurs of Korday district, for example, are very active, business is developing rapidly, in view of this fact, there has recently been established the club of private pre-school educational institutions under the district branch. The urgency of the Club is beyond doubt – currently, there are ​​17 private institutions of early childhood care and education. Now all the questions and problems will be solved together by business, attracting the regional branch of the Chamber of entrepreneurs, if necessary. Participants of the tour visited one of the recently opened private kindergartens with the support of the branch of RCE in Korday district - kindergarten "Baldyrgan".

Moyinkum businessmen, despite the fact that the district is the largest in the region, its area - 50.4 thousand square kilometers, often appeal to the local branch of RCE and BSC. Over 2016 employees accompanied 49 projects worth a total of 156.76 million tenge.

Local branch of RCE and BSC helped to solve many problems of entrepreneurs in the town of Shu. The guests visited LLP "Shu petrol tank farm", which has a project in the amount of 60 million tenge, the local branch of RCE provides support to the project. Another object - a roadside hotel "Ademi ai", employees of the branche of RCE in the town of Shu and Shu District escorted the construction of it from the business plan to its implementation, participants of the tour highly appreciated it. Staying at the hotel, all praised the high quality service and reasonable prices

It is worth noting that in 2016 BSC of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Zhambyl region provided 19,035 consultations to 4,446 subjects, which is higher than last year's figure by 9% (17,476 consultations to 6935 subjects).

1154 hours of training and training sessions were held during 2016, workshops, visiting tours of the Zhambyl region (10 districts and single industry towns of Karatau, Zhanatas) out of them 264 hours within the project "Business Advisor", 570 hours within the project-based learning "with the principles of mentoring", and 320 hours within the project "Business growth".

From February to November last year, the component "Business School" was implemented by the Chamber of entrepreneurs in Taraz and all areas of the region, 84 people (7.6%) after training created and expanded their business: 17 participants received funding in financial institutions totaling 54 5 million tenge, 15 people have opened a new business in the areas of agriculture, trade, freight, services, production, and so on. e., 10 people have expanded the current business (created jobs, increased customer base).

113 (10.2%) entrepreneurs submitted documents to the financial institutions to get financing for expansion of business, 620 (56.3%) have been trained to acquire new knowledge, the update on the changes in legislation and plan to open their own business this year.
