Classes started at the business school
The Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Almaty announces the start of classes in the business school in 2017. Education is provided free of charge to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as the people with entrepreneurial initiative, operating in all sectors of the economy. As a result of completing the course, the students will be provided with a registered certificate.
Business School consists of three stages.
The first stage - Business Advisor. The two-day training course is aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of existing and potential entrepreneurs in creating their own business.
The second stage – is Project-based learning. The two-month course with the principle of mentoring is held to help those who really decided to start their own business, and those who have their business, but want to open a new direction.
The result is a unique, single product or service, whether it is building of a house, creating an information system, the implementation of the investment project, or large-scale events. The purpose of the training course – is to transfer best practices and to build skills that will enable the project to achieve results within the specified limits, taking into account the interests of all stakeholders (investors, customers, project team / supplier), a balanced approach to calculate the risks of the project. These skills and knowledge will enable the entrepreneur to carry out professionally all stages of the project (initiation, planning, implementation, completion) and achieve project goals.
The third phase - business growth. Five training sessions. This course is intended for business leaders. The goal of this project – is to transfer knowledge and build skills that will enable to manage all resources efficiently (time, finances, people, raw materials) during the production process. Help entrepreneurs to achieve growth of quality of goods and services, while reducing costs.
Training courses at business school are conducted by certified business coach with extensive experience in conducting trainings and work in a business environment.
