Clinical and diagnostic laboratories "Olymp" have passed accreditation
Laboratories located in Karaganda, Kokshetau, Pavlodar, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Atyrau passed an independent expert appraisal at the National Accreditation Center. Based on its results CDL received certificates of accreditation for compliance with the requirements of ST RK ISO 15189-2015 “Medical Laboratories. Requirements for quality and competence", said CEO of CDL network "Olymp" Yerlan Suleimenov.
ISO 15189 standard is adopted by leading laboratories worldwide. It sets a number of technical and administrative requirements, the fulfillment of which allows laboratories to control fully the quality of analysis at all stages of work and improve it purposefully.
A network of clinical diagnostic laboratories "Olymp" has earned recognition in our country not only because of the vast geography of its branches all over Kazakhstan, but also because of the traditionally high quality and reliability of the results of research carried out by the network laboratories.
"Passage of the accreditation on compliance with ISO 15189 standard – is a indicator of the level of our laboratories, the equipment used and technology, as well as the result of our collective well-organized labor. Not only in accredited, but also in any other oour laboratory the work is organized by the same rules that allows you to keep the quality of research high. With regard to accreditation - it is a gradual process. In 2017, we plan to accredit six network laboratories of KDL "Olymp" in other cities of Kazakhstan for compliance with this standard", - said Yerlan Suleimenov.
In 2014 clinical diagnostic laboratory "Olymp" in Astana has been accredited by the international accreditation body - the Slovak National Accreditation Service (SNAS).
In 2015, the number of research laboratories in the network CDL "Olymp" has exceeded 6 million, and in 2016 this number increased by 67%, reaching 10 million. In all, more than 30 million tests were conducted within ten years of organization’s work.
