NCE "Atameken" prevented the stop of the activities of a large Shymkent company

In 2012, LLP "Technology 21" imporrted a waste sorting complex equipment worth more than 300 million tenge. At that time, the business entity was a VAT payer and the was registered at the Office of State Revenue in Abay district of Shymkent. In the same year, upon change of founders, making changes to the legal documents, the taxpayer has not indicated a new office address. Because of what the company started having the problems.

Tax bodied with the act of a tax audit, did not find it at an old address. Due to the absence on the location, the company was removed from VAT registration. Despite the fact that the procedure was held with gross violations on the part of the tax authorities, the authorized body in the person of the tax office of Enbekshy district, removed LLP from VAT accounting, it required the company to pay 31.4 million tenge of taxes for the delivered waste sorting equipment. Removal from the VAT registration also meant that the company for two years will not be able to make a big deal that actually threatened to stop its activities. Management of LLP addressed to the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of South Kazakhstan region for help.

However, the peaceful settlement of the question did not occur: the local tax authorities insisted on its right. Considering the actions of authorized bodies unlawful, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of South Kazakhstan region appealed to the central office of NCE "Atameken" with a request to initiate a request to the Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the State Revenue for the legal assessment of the actions of the South Kazakhstani tax authorities.

Recently, the Committee sent the answer: annul the decision of the tax authorities to restore VAT account of LLP "Technology 21".
