In Atyrau was chosen the entrepreneur of the year

As a result of the annual ceremony "Entrepreneur of the Year - 2016", the winner in the main category became general director of LLP "Medicine" Zabira Dauletzhanova. She is in business since 1990. She is successfully engaged in business in the field of pharmaceutics. Joint-stock company carries out wholesale and retail activities through pharmacy wholesale storages, drug stores and pharmacies, and medical services through the "Medical Center". At present, the number of employees is more than 200 people. Since 2014 JSC "Medicine" is involved in the investment project "Construction of pharmaceutical plant for the production of drugs in the town of Atyrau".  

It should be noted that the ceremony "Entrepreneur of the Year" is held for 17th time. It gathers the most prominent representatives of business - community in the region. Traditionally, the event was organized by the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers of Atyrau region. It participants are representatives of state bodies, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Atyrau region and, of course, business entities.

This year's ceremony coincided with the celebration of the 25th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan, so this time entrepreneurs were honored not only by the end of the year, but also those who for 25 years has demonstrated the growth and stability in their activities.

"Modern business can’t be compared with the business, which was in the early days of our country's independence. Today, the domestic business stands firmly on its feet, all thanks to the strong support from the state. According to statistics, currently in the region there are 125 thousand inhabitants engaged in entrepreneurial activity. And that is 40 percent of the economically active population of the region", - said in his speech Akim of Atyrau region Nurlan Nogayev.

In total, during the ceremony the entrepreneurs were awarded in seven categories. Thus, by the decision of the competition committee, which included representatives of business, a special statuette and a diploma in the nomination "Young Entrepreneur of the Year" was awarded to Saken Muratov - director of LLP "Studbolt Manufacturing", engaged in the production and supply of bolting fastening materials. Today, the partnership, which started its activities last year, employs 8 people. The international standard ASME was introduced at production. Future plans is production of anchor bolts and nuts.

In the category "Best agricultural products", the winner became Ghenghis Nakpaev - General Director of LLP "Almaly cous". The design capacity of the poultry farm is 30 million eggs per year. Laying hens are imported from Russia. Today, the company's products are in demand in many shops in the city and the region. The partnership is equipped with the latest German equipment for the poultry industry, including equipment for feed production. Specialists have been trained in different cities of Kazakhstan and Russia, as a result the best poultry breeding practices were introduced at the enterprise.

Vladimir Kalentyeva – the Director of LLP "Stroyinvest-K" with the brand "Trading house "Master Dom” was awarded the title “The best in trade". "Master Dom" serves customers since 2001. This is one of the largest retail chains in Atyrau for sale of building materials. It is very popular among the residents of the region thanks to its unique system of discounts, promotions and bonuses, which is designed according to the wishes and needs of all types of customers. The shop offers a wide range of materials and goods for the repair from the countries of near and far abroad.

Serik Aktureshev - director of LLP “NGN Service” is recognized as the best entrepreneur in the sphere of services in the current year. The company since 2006 provides services in the wholesale trade of computers, office equipment, repair and service, the supply of software and components.

Nomination "Made in Atyrau" went to Suleiman Akdrashev - director of LLP "Carat". Under the brand "Daulet nan", the company produces 52 types of bakery products. It employs over 120 people. In the future, the company plans to put into operation a mill for the production of flour of first and higher grades, as well as to launch a pasta production line. In addition, LLP "Carat" is engaged in manufacture of meat products in the form of canned food "Carat" and drinking water "Muldir Su”.

A member of the Council of Businesswomen of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Atyrau region Gulmira Dzhumagalieva  won in the category "Woman - Entrepreneur - 2016", she is also Director-General of LLP "CMS "Kuzet". The woman runs purely masculine business - the company is engaged in security activities, commissioning and maintenance of security alarm, fire alarm and video surveillance systems. The partnership was created in 2007, today it employs 357 people. Besides Atyrau, the company opened branches in the towns Kulsary and Aktau.

In addition, during the ceremony of a number of business representatives were awarded the Jubilee Medal "25 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", letters of merit on behalf of the akimat of the region, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs and the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers of Atyrau region for their contribution to the development of domestic business.

According to the organizers, the competition gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to promote their image. It is encouraging that the number of participants is increasing from year to year.
