By the results of the year 13 thousand services at 12 business support centers were rendered to businesses and population with entrepreneurial initiative
Monitoring of appeals showed that in urban areas most needed program is "Roadmap of business-2020", and in the villages - "Employment Roadmap - 2020" and "Agribusiness - 2020".
The highest activity was shown by entrepreneurs of Irtysh, Pavlodar districts and single-industry town of Ekibastuz, each of them has provided consultations to more than 1,000 beginning and budding businessmen.
Managers of BSC accompanied more than 600 projects worth 1.9 billion tenge, more than 400 new jobs were created.
245 entrepreneurs got the opportunity to open their own business, 175 were able to expand their business. For example, a beauty salon and nail studio, shops, a bakery, a car service, a photo studio "Anna", farm for cattle breeding, children's coffeehouse "Krendelek", a workshop for the production of pasta were opened in Ekibastuz; a photo studio "Caprice" was opened in Zhelezinsk district; a mini-plant for the production of aerated concrete and paving slabs, a dairy factory, the production of goat's milk, a leisure center, introduction of the irrigation system for sprinkler and drip irrigation, a combined plant, vegetable storage were launched in Pavlodar district.
"In 2016, we will continue to provide non-financial support to businesses in the region. A large-scale work was conducted, the results of which showed that business needs promotion at every stage. We assist in obtaining permits, in drawing up the necessary documentation to start a business. Simultaneously with the ongoing advisory services we carry out work on the support of projects, writing of business plans and protection of the interests of entrepreneurs", - said the director of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs Serik Baiseitov.
735 students were trained to basics of entrepreneurship within the project "Business Advisor". After studying 122 listeners were able to open their own business, 27 projects totaling 74.4 million KZT were implemented in the following spheres: service sector, construction, transportation, trade, there were registered 95 new sole traders. Within the framework of project-based learning, 18 projects were accompanied on expansion and business opening through participation in government lending programs and for its own account in the total amount of 42.2 million tenge. In addition, more than 100 entrepreneurs were trained under the project "Business Growth".
More than 2,000 services were also rendered to the business entities in 2016, the most popular were the legal services, marketing services, accounting and tax accounting. 50 workshops in various spheres were held in order to increase the level of awareness of entrepreneurs.
In 2016, under the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs was launched the School of a young entrepreneur, at which were trained 66 young businessmen. Upon completion of training, there was held a "Fair of ideas", where the expert commission selected the best projects that will receive the full support of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs from implementation of the project to the first profit. After training 4 projects were able to participate in the regional forum "Irtysh-Invest-2016", of which 2 projects have received grants from the Center of Youth Initiatives totaling 600,000 KZT.
