Being the same age as the independent Kazakhstan, LLP "Phoenix Ltd" along with the country has gone through all the hardships: the difficulty of organizing production, economic collapse, crises during 2000 ...
"However, the difficulties only hardened us. In 1991 we registered in the village Bestobe of Stepnogorsk as a small enterprise "Phoenix LTD". Then, at the origins of the organization were only four people", - says the director of "Phoenix Ltd" Fail Mashikov.
In the first year the company was engaged in the trade and procurement. In 1992, MP "Phoenix Ltd" in fierce competition has become the owner of an industrial building at one of the first auctions for the sale of retail space in the town of Stepnogorsk. Retail premises under the symbolic name "Pizzeria" produced only two kinds of bakery products.
Within a short period, a young, ambitious team of employees brought the product range up to 60 names of bakery products. They were delivered to schools, hospitals, city shops in nearby villages.
At the beginning of zero years, the company acquired another facility – an empty 9-storey building of the former factory dormitory with an extension. The company got a commercial loan and the company started to produce 27 kinds of bottled soda and drinking water.
Due to the shortage of housing in the town, the building was restored and organized hostel with 100 seats. By prescription of SES release of soda was stopped, because it is prohibited in the manufacture of a residential area. The production of plastic packaging remained only...
In 2003, the company acquired another empty 9-storey building. Currently, four floors repaired at their own expenses. The lower floors are for rent. The work on restoration of upper floors is underway, it is planned to finish it by 2017. Furthermore, building materials stores are at the stage of launch.
Currently LLP "Phoenix Ltd" is engaged in the following activities: mini-bakery for the production of 40 kinds of bakery, grocery store, production of polyethylene containers, renting of premises, a canteen with 30 seats, private hostel. In addition, the Fail Mashikov organized online store for the delivery of food products.
Today, the company's annual turnover is 100 million tenge. 35 people work at the enterprise. According to his manager, they are confident about the future.
"There are plans, there are opportunities, and therefore, there will be a real action. Today, the company's efforts go to the maintenance of production in an active state. In the context of globalization, competition, dynamism and risk, one of the main rules of business - is constant progress.

At the end of each year, people sum up the results. For the entrepreneur 2016 is completing an adequate manner. His business story was included in a book dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of our country, "Legends of Kazakhstan's business".
