The Day of industrialization is held in Astana
Today will be held a grand ceremony of awarding the Prize of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Altyn Sapa"
There will be also awarded the winners of the Republican competition-exhibition "The Best Product of Kazakhstan", the competition on social responsibility of business "Paryz" and teleconference within the frames of the Industrialization Day.
This year's candidates for President award "Altyn Sapa" are more than 100 companies. The prize is traditionally awarded in three categories in the three nominations: "The Best Enterprise for production purposes"; "The best enterprise producing goods for the population"; "The best company providing services".
Winners will be determined in the main categories "Quality Leader", "The Best Industrial Project", "Best Innovative Project" and for the first time in the nomination "The best enterprise producing food or agricultural products".
The objectives of the competition "Altyn Sapa" is revitalization of enterprises, and improvement of the quality of domestic products, facilitation to saturation of the market with competitive products, as well as popularization of the idea of the quality among population.
Contestants of the Republican competition-exhibition "The Best Product of Kazakhstan" will receive well-deserved awards and diploma. Traditionally, the winners are determined in the three categories in three nominations: "The Best industrial goods"; "The best goods for the population" and "The Best food". This year 145 companies-winners of the regional selection participated in the national contest-exhibition. 9 winners will be awarded with diplomas and the emblem of the Republican contest-exhibition "The Best Product of Kazakhstan” of I, II and III in their nominations. They will have the right to use the emblem of the competition for 4 years for promotional purposes.
The National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" will also award a special prize "Іsker" among participants of the competition for the prize of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Altyn Sapa" and the Republican contest-exhibition "The Best Product of Kazakhstan", which have achieved success in their activities.
In addition, there will be held the ceremony of awarding the winners of the republican competition on social responsibility of business "Paryz". This year, 501 heads of enterprises from all over the republic submitted their applications for participation in the competition on social responsibility of business "Paryz".
According to the results of the regional stage of the competition, the largest number of applications were submitted by organizations and enterprises of the city of Almaty - 68 applicants, 53 contestants were registered in Pavlodar and East Kazakhstan regions.
The contest on social responsibility of business "Paryz" was established by presidential decree in 2008. More than 3 thousand small, medium and large businesses became its participants over 8 years.
Today, for the first time will be awarded the winners of the competition for the award for the right to use the umbrella brand "Uly Dala Eli". Domestic companies, promoting a brand of Kazakhstan at the international level, will be eligible to use the umbrella brand for the purpose of its promotion in the countries of near and far abroad. The umbrella brand "Uly Dala Eli" will be awarded annually to the best domestic companies - representatives of large, medium and small businesses as the best exporters of the country. Thus, under the common brand "Uly Dala Eli" will be merged the best Kazakhstani products and services, and the emblem will be the "hallmark" of the country, raising awareness and image of Kazakhstan in the international arena and positioning high-quality products of the "Country of the Great Steppe".
During the today’s republican teleconference will be presented projects of the Industrialization Map. The President of RK Nursultan Nazarbayev will launch production facilities and announce the start of construction in the framework of the industrialization projects. At the end of the teleconference the Head of State will award the Grand Prix to the winner of "Paryz" and the three main award categories: "Quality Leader", "The best industrial project", "The Best Innovative Project" in the competition "Altyn Sapa".
In addition, as part of the Industrialization Day will be held an exhibition of photographs on the stages of industrial development for 25 years of Kazakhstan's independence.
